Both. If you're starting from scratch, we'll assess your business and recommend the right CRM for your stage, team size, and budget — we work primarily with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. If you already have a CRM that's become a mess, we can rescue and rebuild it. Either way, we implement and configure everything — you don't need any technical knowledge.
The RevOps Diagnostic is a 2-week deep dive into your CRM setup, sales and CS processes, tech stack, and automation (or lack of it). You get a written gap analysis, a prioritised list of what to fix first, and a 60–90 day buildout roadmap. We present it in a live exec readout where we walk through every finding. Most clients then move straight into a project or retainer — because the roadmap tells them exactly what to do next.
It depends on the scope. A CRM implementation takes 4–8 weeks. A process documentation project takes 3–4 weeks. An automation sprint takes 2–3 weeks. We never start a project without a fixed scope and agreed delivery date — so you always know when it ends. We commit to a 90-day delivery on everything.
Yes, but we'd always recommend the diagnostic first — even if you're planning to move straight to a retainer. It means we're spending your retainer budget on the right things from day one, rather than figuring out priorities as we go. The diagnostic fee is also credited toward your first retainer month if you sign up within 30 days.
We cap at 4 retainer clients at any time. This is intentional — it means every client gets senior-level attention, not a junior team running things in the background. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you upfront and put you on a waitlist. We'd rather be honest about that than overpromise and underdeliver.
